On September 4th, we headed out to a place called Point Defiance. It is absolutely beautiful. If I lived up in the Tacoma area, I’d love to take people here for photos, because it really has a lot of variety! We had lots of fun checking out the beach on this absolutely gorgeous day.
I loved the tall, thin trees too. They create such a magical look.
As an older sister, I’m allowed to post possibly embarrassing photos of my brother.
I thought this was such a cool spot for a picture of two people. I happened to have two people with me, willing to humor me. 😀
This isn’t a quality picture, but it’s a funny one.
Awww.
Robert attempting to use the seaweed root as a whip, Indiana Jones style.
More oh-so-rad trees.
I liked how the leaf looked among all the dark (gross) looking squishy sea-plants.
This little area was also in the Point Defiance park. How cool is it??
We were hungry, so we decided to stop at this place that I’d seen on the way in. It caught my eye because of the interesting combination of food they serve. It was actually really cool and the food was good.
The wall behind where I was sitting. There were all sorts of odd little buffalo themed things in the restaurant.
A buffalo attached to a napkin dispenser = win. At least, in my book.
The table outside had different boots on each leg.
I do tend to take a lot shots hanging my camera out of the car, lol. I thought this was pretty cool because of the reflection in the car window.
Robert was kind enough to stop on the side of the road so I could pop out and take a quick picture.
More pictures tomorrow!
Fun! That one shot of the couple with her tongue out CRACKED ME UP!
Talk about a gorgeous place to visit! You guys must be having a blast!!! Awesome pictures!
