Last night, my husband brought me this:
I squealed with delight. This may seem a little bit odd to you. But, he knew it would be right up my alley. Apparently someone from his workplace brought it back from a trip to Romania.
I like this for several reasons. I have always loved Vampire books/stories/lore/etc and Dracula by Bram Stoker is my favorite (I love classic literature, as well). Now, Bram Stoker drew his inspiration for Dracula from multiple sources, but I think most people have heard of good ole Vlad. I also love history, Europe and kitsch. So this item satisfies me on several levels.
Vlad will now live on our fireplace mantel to greet all who come over.
