I’ll be honest; there’s something bugging me. It’s been on my mind for a while. Perhaps bringing it up isn’t the correct thing to do, but I feel like I should, on behalf of wedding vendors everywhere.
Please don’t leave us hanging!
Now, I know we’re all pretty busy with life. If you send out fifty emails and get fifty responses, you might not feel like you have time to respond to them all. I think that’s totally understandable. But, if you have had a real conversation with a vendor; either in person, on the phone or even an in depth email conversation, please don’t leave them hanging! Yes, after we are ignored, we tend to get the point, but why let it go down that way? I promise you that any wedding vendor much rather have a brief, polite “I’ve chosen someone else” email than to be ignored. We won’t get angry because you’ve chosen someone else. Not every vendor is a fit for every client, and we know that!
